Hotel has a great location, Just 50m from Metro station that takes you straight to citycenter (Stephansplatz). There is a small garage under hotel, 20€ per night - its not possible to reserve in advance, but is usually free (so I was told by staff), I did get a place. Rooms are nice, modern. Breakfast has a variety to choose from, food is good. Would reccomend specially if going to concert to Vienna Stadthalle - it's on walking distance away.

Very helpful staff! There was a problem with our room and staff immediately gave us a new room, no problem. The breakfast was good too – just a little pricey. But very happy with the customer service we received! Rooms also very clean. You can also leave your baggage at reception after check-out.

The location was perfect; right next to the west terminal where train, metro, tram, buses are available to go directly anywhere in Vienna. Hotel is perfectly clean even though its an old hotel. Staffs was superb and always smiling and happily provides the best service even under difficult circumstances (the room card was not working but the staffs support us the best possible)

The location was great ,close to the train station and shopping streets, the room was very large and clean, the breakfast although a bit expensive is totally worth it.

Our room was right above the street but (save for an occasional ambulance) you could only hear any traffic when the window was open. Water pressure in the shower was very good.

The room was excellent, clean and sufficient for my habitation. Breakfast was delicious, satisfying and was offered on time; the staff were also very helpful. I also enjoyed the coffee that I brewed in the room every evening. The location of the Hotel was very convenient as it just across the railway station, which made transport very easy.

The hotel is a very short walk from Vienna's West Bahnhoff train station. We stayed there for one night after returning by train, as we were leaving for the airport the next morning. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable.

The choice of breakfast options is a definite plus in this hotel - something for everyone. We had previously stayed at a Mercure in Marseille where we were amazed by the breakfasts and this hotel in Vienna was just as good. The location beside the West Bahnhof is great and there are numerous tram stops on the doorstep.

Good location next to Westbahnhof station so easy access to public transport. Very friendly staff when checking in and out. Was able to leave suitcase after checking out. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable.
